rbaee Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rbaee" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at rbaee.pro, including all associated games, features, payment systems, and support channels.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on rbaee or is accessing any part of the rbaee platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on rbaee, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their rbaee account wallet available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player by rbaee, subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process that rbaee requires Players to complete before processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the rbaee platform.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used by rbaee for all operational and time-sensitive matters.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by rbaee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with rbaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and rbaee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

2.3 rbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the rbaee platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, or any future revision of them, you must immediately cease using the rbaee platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

3. Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rbaee, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rbaee or had your account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been directed by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

3.2 rbaee reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or cease to meet any of the above criteria.

3.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of rbaee and its associated game studio partners are not eligible to hold active player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the rbaee platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each eligible Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on rbaee. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. rbaee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 You must notify rbaee immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Until rbaee receives such notification, all activity conducted under your account credentials — including any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

4.5 rbaee reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 rbaee is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform and operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices.

5.2 Before processing any withdrawal request, rbaee may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registration).
• Any additional documentation that rbaee reasonably requires to verify your identity or the source of funds.

5.3 Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. rbaee will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide the requested documentation promptly and in the required format.

5.4 All KYC documents submitted to rbaee are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with any third party except as required by applicable law.

6. Deposits

6.1 All deposits on rbaee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rbaee, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

6.3 rbaee supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and rbaee reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your own name will not be accepted. rbaee reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

6.5 rbaee does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are not reimbursed by rbaee.

6.6 You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for online gambling. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, except where rbaee expressly approves an alternative method in writing.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 rbaee targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional KYC verification is required.

7.4 Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn.

7.5 rbaee reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if KYC documentation has not been provided, or if the Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

7.6 rbaee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing fees charged by the Player's payment provider remain the Player's sole responsibility.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 rbaee may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

8.2 All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is fully satisfied, neither the bonus amount nor any winnings generated from bonus wagering may be withdrawn.

8.3 The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a Player's first deposit is available to new Players only. Each Player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

8.4 rbaee reserves the right to remove bonus funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinated wagering patterns with other Players; or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses.

8.5 Bonuses expire if not used or if Wagering Requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

8.6 rbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via the contact details held on their account.

9. Gameplay Rules

9.1 All games available on the rbaee platform are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between any in-game rule and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

9.2 The outcomes of all slot, table, and crash games on rbaee are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engine. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. rbaee does not alter, influence, or predict RNG outcomes.

9.3 Sports betting markets on rbaee — including all cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL matches). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, rbaee's decision shall be final.

9.4 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void. Any stake placed in a voided round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. rbaee will not pay out winnings on rounds affected by a confirmed technical malfunction.

9.5 The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games on rbaee represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual Player or session.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaee platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to interact with rbaee games or systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the rbaee platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Using the rbaee platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or any fraudulent payment behaviour in connection with rbaee deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rbaee support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to rbaee's systems, servers, databases, or another Player's account.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to rbaee without prior written consent.

10.2 rbaee employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately pending investigation.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 rbaee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if rbaee has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, rbaee reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances held in the account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, where such balances are reasonably connected to the prohibited activity.

11.3 Players may voluntarily close their rbaee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no pending withdrawals or disputes exist.

11.4 Self-excluded Players who attempt to re-register or circumvent a self-exclusion will have the new account immediately terminated and any deposits made during the exclusion period returned.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the rbaee platform — including but not limited to the rbaee brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of rbaee or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbaee platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any rbaee content.

12.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by rbaee under licence. The studios retain all rights in their respective content.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 rbaee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rbaee.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

13.2 By registering an account on rbaee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.

13.3 rbaee uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the rbaee platform. rbaee will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.4 rbaee may share your personal data with third parties where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority request, or where necessary to investigate and prevent fraud or other prohibited activities.

14. Responsible Gaming

14.1 rbaee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled gambling environment for all registered Players.

14.2 All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Once set, limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, all gameplay and deposit functions are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the rbaee platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irreversible for the period selected.

14.3 rbaee enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification is conducted during KYC and may be triggered at other account milestones. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately terminated and all deposits returned.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 rbaee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15.2 rbaee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the rbaee platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform; (c) any unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials; (d) the conduct or content of third-party game studios; or (e) any events beyond rbaee's reasonable control (force majeure).

15.3 Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and wagered on rbaee. rbaee is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit rbaee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 rbaee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page at rbaee.pro/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

16.2 Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, rbaee will endeavour to notify registered Players by email to the address held on their account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and that rbaee communications are not filtered to your spam folder.

16.3 Your continued use of the rbaee platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using rbaee and close your account.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness, good faith, and standard international online gaming practice.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and rbaee, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the rbaee support team at [email protected]. rbaee will make reasonable efforts to resolve all genuine player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described in clause 17.2, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed independent mediator before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

17.4 rbaee's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account conduct, and platform rules shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this section.
